Thank you for subscribing to SpotWhisper (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy governs refunds and cancellations for paid subscriptions purchased at https://spotwhisper.com.
SpotWhisper is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product billed on a recurring monthly basis. There are no physical goods. When you subscribe to a paid plan (Solo, Team, or Growth), you are charged immediately for the current billing period and then on the same date each subsequent month until you cancel.
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No payment information is required to start the trial. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account automatically reverts to a read-only state. Trials do not auto-renew or auto-convert to paid plans.
Prorated refunds for monthly subscription fees are available within 7 days of the payment date. After 7 days, no refund will be issued for the current billing period — your subscription remains active through the end of that period, and no further charges will occur after cancellation.
Refunds are not reduced by payment processing fees. You receive the full prorated amount we calculate.
Email support@spotwhisper.com from the email address on your account. Please include the reason for your refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.
If eligible, we will refund the prorated amount to the original payment method within 5 business days. Refunded amounts typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
You can cancel your subscription at any time without contacting support:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you would prefer immediate cancellation with no refund, select “Cancel immediately” in the portal.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month using the payment method on file. If you do not want to be charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before the renewal date.
If a renewal charge was processed in error (for example, you cancelled but the cancellation did not register due to a technical issue), email support@spotwhisper.com within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will investigate and issue a prorated refund if appropriate.
We reserve the right to issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion — for example, if a service outage materially prevented you from using SpotWhisper during your billing period. Contact support to discuss.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work with you to resolve any billing issue directly. Unsolicited chargebacks may result in suspension of your SpotWhisper account.
